Funding (State Start-Up)

State Start-up Application Information:

  • The online submittal for State Start-up applications is currently scheduled to go live Monday, November 6, 2017.
  • The application portal will be active through the close of business Friday, December 1, 2017.
  • A link to the application portal is provided below.
  • The link will not allow submissions prior to Monday, November 6.   
  • Due to programming requirements, a maximum of two users per school district will be allowed to submit applications.
  • A cover page is created in the first step of the application process. All applications submitted by the user will be tied to that cover page.
  • If more than one user submits applications for the district they will not be able to view or edit each other’s submissions.

Start Up Application Portal

Who may submit the application?

  • Anyone with an existing ACEBook Perkins Portal login may submit the application
  • If you do NOT currently have a login to the ACEBook Perkins portal, a login request MUST be submitted via the form link below.
  • Once the request is received and processed, the new user will receive an email confirming their account has been established.
  • New user requests will be processed daily, so please allow up to 24 hours for processing.
  • Due to technical issues with the original user request form, it has been replaced with an updated version. The original form had a scheduled close time of Friday, November 10. This will not apply to the new form. The updated form will accept requests for new users until Thursday, November 16 at 11:55 p.m.
